Terms & Conditions


  • All our products are in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse in the US.
  • Most orders will ship within 8 business hours and are sent out via the UPS.
  • Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the UPS website at www.ups.com. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.  You can also log into your account to view the tracking number.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm PST will be shipped the following day.  We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday. 
Shipping in the US will take 5 days or less.
*Overnight orders need to be placed prior to 12 pm pacific time to be shipped the same day.  No Saturday Delivery. If you place your order later than this time or on Friday ...it will be delivered on Monday.  Also, the UPS does not guarantee next day delivery to some locations.


We have the best quality products and the most amazing customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied and successful with our new cricket equipment.  We stand behind our products and are here to support you on your new path to scoring runs, taking catches and taking wickets.  If we make an error in your order we will correct it right away.  If your shipment is damaged by the UPS, please file a claim with your local office.  Then give us a call so we can send you any items that were damaged.


Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.  If you are not entirely happy with the product your received return the product and we will issue you a refund, store credit or replace the item.


If you need to return an item, simply follow these instructions.

    • Login into your account,
    • View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
    • Click the Return Item(s) button.
